Meet your dentist
Dr. B. V. Ramakrishna Reddy brings implant and surgical experience to Yali. He guides care for dental implants, oral and maxillofacial concerns, and the restoration of damaged teeth with root canal treatment and crowns.
His implant and surgical experience informs how complex cases are assessed, when a tooth can be kept, and when care is better provided in a hospital or through another specialist.
Explore your care
Choose a chapter to see the part of care it describes. The sequence moves from understanding the problem, to restoring a tooth, to replacing one.
Understanding what is happening in your mouth is the first step. An assessment looks at the tooth, the gum, your bite, and your medical history before any treatment is suggested.
When a tooth is infected or damaged, the aim is to keep it. Root canal treatment addresses the inside of the tooth; a crown restores its shape and strength. The two are sometimes planned together.
A missing tooth can change how you eat and speak. An implant, a bridge, or a removable denture can replace it, and the trade-offs are discussed after assessment.

A stylised 3D illustration changes with each chapter: a molar for exploring care, a crown over a prepared tooth for restoring damaged teeth, and an implant supporting a crown for replacing missing teeth. The models are illustrations, not clinical images.

What matters at Yali
Four commitments shape how the clinic works. They are practical, checkable, and part of the plan for opening.
Every treatment page explains what the treatment does, what it cannot do, and what the alternatives are. You should be able to make a decision without decoding jargon.
Care starts with an assessment. Suitability, sequencing, and cost are discussed before a plan is agreed, not after treatment has started.
Qualifications, experience, and clinical outcomes are described only when they can be verified. This site does not publish statistics it cannot attribute.
After treatment you receive aftercare guidance and a clear review plan. If something does not feel right between visits, there is a route back to the clinic.
Your first visit
A first appointment should leave you understanding the problem, the options, and what happens next.
Stage 01 of 04
A conversation about what you have noticed, and what matters to you.
The first appointment starts with your account of the problem: when it began, what makes it better or worse, and what you would like to change.
Your medical history, medication, and any previous dental treatment are reviewed, because they affect what can be planned.
Stage 02 of 04
An examination of the tooth or area, with any tests explained first.
The dentist examines the area and checks how the teeth meet. Some problems need tests or imaging to be understood properly.
You will be told what is being checked and why, and what the findings mean.
Stage 03 of 04
Options, trade-offs, timing, and cost discussed before anything is decided.
Where more than one option is suitable, the differences are explained: what each involves, how long it may take, what it costs, and how it is cared for afterwards.
You leave with a plan you understand, including what happens next and what to do if something changes.
Stage 04 of 04
Aftercare guidance and a review plan, with a way to raise concerns.
After treatment, you are given advice for the days that follow and told when to return for review.
If something does not feel right between appointments, contact the clinic so that it can be assessed rather than waiting for the next visit.

A first appointment is for consultation and assessment. You describe what you have noticed, the dentist examines the area, and any tests or imaging that are needed are explained. The findings and options are then discussed with you.
Costs are discussed after assessment, when the plan is clear. The clinic will explain the factors that affect cost and what a plan includes before you decide.
